Madelyn | Session at the pond

If you have had the pleasure of meeting my sister-in-law, Madelyn, you already know that she is one of the nicest humans on this planet. Oh... and she is drop-dead GORGEOUS. 

What you might not know about her is that she has one of the best senses of humor ever (she's similar to her brother -- my husband -- in that way). She tends to be shy when you first meet her but she has been breaking out of her shell this year and I am LOVING it! 

Madelyn also has this intense passion for elementary aged kids and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Elementary Education. She already cares so much for the students she works with and I can't wait to see her in her own classroom in a few years.

Madelyn and I decided to venture over to her grandparent's pond in Gray and play around for a bit. It was overcast and it eventually did rain on us, but Madelyn was a trooper through the whole shoot! Thank you for letting me flex my creative muscles with ya, girl!

Oh... ALSO she is a killer make up artist. Seriously. I need her to teach me some skills some day...

This last photo was taken in the pouring rain right as we pulled up to my in-laws house. They have a huge, beautiful magnolia tree that I have been eyeing for ages... I am so glad I finally snapped a shot there.
